Trice is an intuitive and compassionate energy guide. She brings ancient healing practices into the modern world through sacred geometry and channeling vibrational energy that can support a well-being experience with multi-instrument sound therapy. Some of her instruments include, tuning forks, crystal pyramids, and Tibetan bowls. Her work is deeply rooted in the wisdom of ancient cultures that understood the profound impact of energy and vibration for a healthy life.
As a former registered and experienced nurse in traditional healthcare, Trice has transitioned her lifelong passion of serving others in their physical, emotional, and spiritual realignment with sacred vibrational energy work. Her session includes sacred geometry energy along with vibrational sound therapy.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Experience deep relaxation and profound transformation through the power of vibrational healing that uses sound and vibration to restore balance in your body, mind, and spirit.
Each client will receive a Tibetan Mother Bowl clearing if physically appropriate
(not for concussion or joint replacement in last 6 months, pacemaker, insulin pump, seizure disorder, )
Each session starts with a short conversation to set the intention about what you want to work on and receive from the session.
You will lay on a massage table, a pillow and sheet or blanket to cover with if you get cold is provided for comfort. You may sit in a chair if you are unable to lay on the massage table.
Trice will do a short, guided meditation leading into the session. Healing frequency music will be played during the sessions.
At the end of the session, you and Trice will discuss your experience, and you will have an opportunity to unpack anything experienced during the session.
Post session instructions will be provided; Trice will follow up via text 2 or 3 days after the session to ensure you have support if you need it while integrating.
