SOUND BATH WITH TIBETAN MOTHER BOWL CLEARING AND CACAO CERMONY

As you lie down in a posture of surrender and rest, you are enveloped in a tapestry of living sound.
The deep, resonant tones of gongs call to your soul, inviting you to release the weight of the outer world. The crystalline frequencies of singing bowls, pure and luminous, wash over you, clearing the mind and attuning your energy to a higher vibration. Each chime, each note, is a whisper from the universe - a reminder of the peace and clarity that reside within you. The sounds speak directly to your body and spirit dissolving tension and creating a space for profound healing and release. The experience is a loving communion with self, a non-verbal prayer, a deep cellular reset.

What to expect at the event:
We will begin with individual energy clearings in our Sacred Tibetan mother Bowl to clear and realign your energy. We then move into a sacred Cacao ceremony to further open your spiritual being and heart to receive the healing vibrations of the instruments.
We will invite you to lay down and get comfortable with your pillow and blanket on your yoga mat.
(We will provide you with an eye mask.)
You will then experience a guided meditation to lead you into the hour-long Sacred Sound Bath. At the conclusion of the sound bath you will be gently invited back and led through a grounding exercise to leave you feeling well balanced and connected to Mother Earth.
Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a Yoga mat, pillow, and blanket for your comfort, we will provide you with eye masks.
Administration of Ceremonial Cacao
In the serene space of a sound bath ceremony, drinking ceremonial cacao becomes a sacred ritual — a heart-opening experience that deepens your connection to self, sound, and spirit. As you take in the warm, rich elixir of pure cacao, its earthy bitterness melts into gentle sweetness, awakening your senses and grounding your presence in the moment.
