About Your Instructor

Robbi Crawford

I grew up with a deep connection to nature and real food. In Ohio, my dad's work as a produce truck driver and our family garden introduced us to a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. Summers on my grandparents' farm in rural Alabama were fun opportunities to gather eggs, feed animals, and eat what we grew.

Those early experiences rooted me in wholesome food and a lasting respect for my body and nature

My own wellness journey - including scoliosis, uterine fibroids, and a persistent sinus issue that left me feeling anxious and unheard, led me to explore holistic approaches more deeply. Chiropractic care, nutrition shifts, acupuncture, energy work and a host of other modalities reminded me that my body has its own wisdom.

Qigong and Tai Chi deepened that understanding, showing me that healing is rarely just one thing

This path led me to expand my training in holistic health and Qigong, integrating both into my work as a career and life coach

For years, I supported people at crossroads - career changes, identity shifts, retirement, or simply feeling stuck - through conversation alone. It was effective, but the deepest shifts happened when people moved out of their heads an began listening to their bodies.

In our work together, we settle your nervous system, so your body feels safe enough to share what it knows. We explore patterns, stories, and choices across your work, health, relationships, and daily life, turning insight into practical, aligned next steps. I don't believe in one right formula. I believe in bio-individuality, your path shaped by your body, your season, and your values.

"There's no such thing as a truly 'normal' individual - meaning average. We are all biochemically unique and need to be dealt with as such"

- Jeffrey S. Banks

To me, a well-lived life includes honest self-reflection, nourishing food, mindful movement, aligned choices, meaningful work, supportive relationships, and time in nature. In a fast-paced world, it's easy to lose touch with your body and your true self. My role is to offer space, structure, and support so you can reconnect with your own wisdom. and create a life that feels more "just right" than "just getting by."

Join me on Monday mornings and start listening to your body as you move in peace and tranquility.
